Trans Lifeline
Peer support by and for the trans community, ideal alternative to other
suicide lines for trans/gender diverse individuals. Can be used even when
not in a crisis to access peer support 24/7. Many resources are available
through their website.
World Professional Association for Transgender Health
Standards of Care: Version 8
The overall goal of the guidelines from WPATH, called “Standards of Care”,
is to provide clinical guidance for health professionals to assist
transgender and gender diverse people in accessing affirming, safe care.
This is used as the standard of care in many states and countries.
The Gender Affirmative Letter Access Project
A group of transgender, nonbinary, and allied mental health and medical
providers based in the U.S. who have come together to provide access to free
and/or accesible letters of support.
Trans Legislation Tracker
Daily tracker of current anti-trans bills and legislation proposed and
passed in the United States.
Movement Advancement Project (MAP) Equality Maps
Often used in my trainings, this website features maps that provide scores
across each state and colonized US territories as applicable to show how
inclusive or restrictive policies/protections are in each area.
