Everett is available for speaking in-person or virtually for conferences, workshops, panels, keynotes, podcasts, webinars, didactics, or other educational series. When requesting speaking engagements, please specify the intended audience, number of anticipated participants, location if in-person or virtual, budget, and any topics or themes you are interested in. Everett has presented at dozens of spaces and events including corporate organizations, non-profit organizations, universities, and conferences locally and internationally.

In addition to single or multi-day trainings; Everett is available for one time or ongoing consultation support for case needs if you are a provider looking for guidance with a case, or an organization with a desire to evaluate and improve your current policies and procedures. Everett prioritizes providing consulting services for transgender and nonbinary folks directly to empower folks in accessing their own gender affirming care. Individual and group offerings are available for community members, providers, and organizations.

Common topics include: insurance navigation, understanding your benefits (what the heck is coinsurance?), how policies impact local and federal access to care, how to contract with insurance as a provider, and navigating the prior authorization, billing and claims processes. After an initial free consultation, if Everett is not confident in his ability to meet your needs, he will happily refer you to someone who can if possible.

Everett is not currently accepting new clients for ongoing counseling services. Everett is available to meet with clients in Oregon for an assessment/letter of support which is often necessary to access some forms of gender affirming care. He is very familiar with the WPATH Standards of Care version 8 and will ensure that your letter meets criteria that is also required by your surgeon/provider's office and insurance if applicable. If you are not located in Oregon at the time of an assessment, please explore the Gender Affirmative Letter Access Project (GALAP) to find a provider in your area.

Everett will provide assessments at sliding scale, starting at $0, using money from speaking and training providers to offset the cost of services to transgender and nonbinary community.
